      Description

The Recently Accessed Items block on the dashboard uses the stock External Tools (LTI) icon (the green puzzle piece) for recently accessed LTI resources even if a customized icon for the LTI has been set up in the External Tools setup. You can see the custom icon in the activity chooser and on the course home page, but not in the recently accessed items block on the dashboard. Ideally, the custom icon should also be used there.
