Assignment grading page: "Changes saved" should not be modal dialog

      1. Create a course site and enrol some students
      2. Create an assignment
      3. Add submissions for the students
      4. Go to the assignment grading page
      5. In the grading page, click 'Save changes'
      6. Verify the changes saved notification pops up on top of the page and goes away on its own
      7. Click 'Save and show next'
      8. Verify the changes saved notification pops up on top of the page and goes away on its own

    Description

      Currently in the assignment grading page, after selecting "Save changes" or "Save and show next" a modal dialog is displayed, titled "Changes saved", saying "The changes to the grade and feedback were saved".

      I have clicked this dialog away too often in my life

      I suggest displaying this info in a modeless information bar instead.
