      Description

      Currently the breadcrumb navigation of the forum digest mail sent out to students uses the courseshortname. This is hardcoded in Moodle. It would be useful if Moodle admins could set this course identification as an admin-setting, e.g. changing from courseshortname to coursefullname, course-id or a custom course field etc. Currently this has to be patched in the Moodle code. In order to be patch-free this admin-setting would be very helpful.

      See: mod/forum/task/send_user_digests.php

              $shortname = format_string($course->shortname, true, [
                      'context' => \context_course::instance($course->id),
                  ]);

              $strforums = get_string('forums', 'forum');

              $this->discussiontext .= "\n=====================================================================\n\n";
              $this->discussiontext .= "$shortname > $strforums -> " . format_string($forum>name, true);
