Create a new site

Install it

Login as admin

Navigate to Site administration -> Mobile app -> Mobile settings

Enable the "Enable web services for mobile devices" setting

Save changes

View the "Mobile authentication" section

Confirm that the "URL scheme" has a value of "moodlemobile" which matches the "Default"
