H5P content within the text of a question does not work

      1. Create a course with a quiz in it with all review options checked.
      2. Upload some H5P content to the content bank.
      3. Create a multichoice question.
      4. Embedded content everywhere there is an editor on the form (question text, answers and feedback).
      5. Save and preview question.
      6. Verify that content displays everywhere.
      7. Add question to the quiz.
      8. Login in as student and attempt quiz.
      9. Submit and verify content displays.

      If you add an H5P content in the question text of a question, using the Atto button, you got the H5P file not found message.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Go to the front page.
      3. Go to the Front Page settings page (Action menu (cog) > More...).
      4. Click on Question bank > Questions.
      5. Click on the "Create a new question" button.
      6. Select "True/false" question type.
      7. Fill in the question name.
      8. Using the "Insert H5P" Atto button, upload the attached file "image-slider-demo.h5p".
      9. Preview the question.
      10. You got an "H5P file not found" error message.

      Expected result: the H5P content is displayed.
