Improve colour contrast of the label for editable name text entry field

The colour contrast for the guidance label displayed when editing the name of a item currently fails the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

The guidance label is seen when clicking on the 'edit' pencil icon across Module websites (e.g. Planner, Area Pages, Resource Pages,Tutorials Recordings Page, Saved for Later management page etc) and Subject sites. When I put the default link colour into https://webaim.org/resources/contrastchecker/ it fails.
