Multiple choice question: add show standard instruction in global settings

      1. Log in as a Administrator and go to a course
      2. Open the question bank and select to create a multiple choice question
      3. Check the value of this setting in the question page: Show standard instructions the value is No.
      4. Navigate to: Site administration -> Plugins -> Question types -> Multiple choice
      5. Change the global setting of the Show standard instructions (check the box) 
      6. Navigate again a course
      7. Open the question bank and select to create a multiple choice question
      8. You can see the the Show standard instructions default value come from global settings

    Description

      In Moodle 3.9 every multichoice question has a new setting (showstandardinstruction) but we can't configure it global settings.

       

      After you install it, you can configure the default settings in this page:

      /admin/settings.php?section=qtypesettingmultichoice
