Book's chapter title not showing max length limit

      1. Login as Admin.
      2. Create a Course.
      3. Add Book activity into the Course.
      4. In Book, add a new chapter.
        1. Attempt to enter long text in 'Chapter title' (more than 255 characters)
          • confirm the entered text in the input field is limited to 255 characters.
        2. Add some random content and Save changes.
          • confirm the chapter was successfully added

      Login as Admin. Create a Course. Add Book activity into the Course. In Book, add a new chapter. Attempt to enter long text in ' Chapter title ' (more than 255 characters) confirm the entered text in the input field is limited to 255 characters. Add some random content and Save changes. confirm the chapter was successfully added

      When creating a new chapter the title box is not showing the max-limit alert so when you exceed said limit a database error is showed, the chapter is not created and the error doesn't mentions what the problem is.

       

      We tried this on our 3.5.1 version and also on the 3.9 version to wich we are going to upgrade soon.
