Cron task error for large site global forum

      Moodle site with 150.000 active users. Post a global announcement to all users in site forum.  

      In a large Moodle site with more 150.000 users when we publish a post in global site forum (announcements), moodle cron process raise an error like:

      Scheduled task failed: Correos del foro y trabajos de mantenimiento (mod_forum\task\cron_task),Error al leer de la base de datos
      Debug info:
      number of parameters must be between 0 and 65535

       

      This cron_forum_task.txt es a cron execution.
