Log in as a user with the capability to create a forum discussion

Navigate to the view page of a forum with group mode enabled (either Separate or Visible groups)

Click on the 'Add discussion topic' button

Observe both 'Post a copy to all groups' checkbox and group selector are present in the quick discussion creation form

Click on the 'Advanced' link

Observe both 'Post a copy to all groups' checkbox and group selector are present in the full-featured discussion creation as well

As discussed in https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=408615 it would be helpful to make the "Post to all groups" option available when posting a new discussion via the new UI (non-advanced).
