A suggestion for usability improvement.
We've received support requests stating that created badges are not showing up when an admin/teacher clicks Badges (from within a course). We've explained that this is due to there being two types of badges (site/course).
It would be nice to have any site-wide badge (related to a specific course) show up when an admin/teacher clicks Badges (from within a course). This isn't meant to remove course-level badges, but more to have a visual (and link) to sitewide badges relating to a course.
A relation to a course can be that a sitewide badge requires a course completion (either individually or with other courses).
When an admin/teacher clicks Badges within a course, two sections would appear:
- Course-level Badges
- Sitewide Badges (assigned/related) to this course (or something like that).
- Provide a link to specific sitewide badge
