media_default_width setting '0'

      Description

      The default setting for width in multimedia filter is set to 400 px.

      In Moodle 3.8 and earlier it was possible to set it to '0' and the video was shown with 100% width.

      Doing the same within 3.9 and 3.9.1 the video is invisible.  Was anything changed and we need a different setting or is this a bug?
