This testing requires installing a plugin.

Install a quiz report plugin, for example https://moodle.org/plugins/quiz_gradingstudents.

Visit the Moodle admin screen to make sure the upgrade has completed.

Remove this plugin from your Moodle by deleting the mod/quiz/report/gradingstudents folder from disc.

Go into a course in your Moodle site.

Turn editing on.

Click 'Add activity or resource'.

Verify that the activity chooser is shown.

Before this fix, the error in this issue's descirption was displayed in the pop-up, istead of the list of activities.

Description

Recently upgraded to 3.9.2 and am seeing this error now when trying to add an activity to a course. It appears that moodle is still referencing the old safe browser feature that was rolled into the 3.92 core. I'm not sure what's creating this callback though.
