This project was originally submitted to focus on grading workflows and creating ways where faculty could see what needs grading. Separately, Moodle HQ plans to release in 4.0 an Instructor Dashboard. There is overlap between these projects, but also room to collaborate to make sure MUA priorities make it into the Instructor Dashboard.

The goal of this project is to build towards there being a grading workflow in Moodle that assists faculty to quickly see where they have work to do and allows them to work their way through that. The purpose of this project is to advocate for the inclusion of grading workflows into the new Instructor Dashboard.
HQ will consult with the MUA as they design the Instructor Dashboard. MUA will advocate for:
- Grading Workflows for faculty
- Insights from analytics integrated into the dashboard
Note: This is a continuation of a past MUA Proposal, “MDL-66567 Focus on the Grading Workflows for Instructors.” In an attempt to be responsive to feedback from the previous round, I am linking to the previous tracker that was voted #2 in that voting cycle but starting fresh with a more defined scope.
