    Description

      In MDL-69687, sam is proposing to add a new delete_records_subquery API. If that is done, https://github.com/moodle/moodle/blob/master/question/engine/datalib.php#L980 should be updated to use it, rather than custom code based on $DB->get_dbfamily.
