Marking workflow display wrong current grade if using scales

      Prerequisites:
      Make sure that that you have a scale eg. not approved, approved,

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Create a Course
      3. Enrol a Student in the course.
      4. Create an Assignment in Course.
        1. Set Grade type to "Scale"
        2. Set "Use marking workflow" to yes.
      5. Login as the student.
      6. Go to the Course assignment.
      7. Add a submission.
      8. Login as Admin.
      9. Go to the course assignment.
      10. Grade the student's submission using the "quickgrader".
        1. Grade with a value on the scale eg "Approved" and set marking workflow state to "Marking completed".
        2. Save the grading form.
      11. confirm that "Approved" is displayed in "Current grade in assignment"

      2. As a student submit an assignment.
      3. As teacher grade using the "quickgrader" . Grade with a value on the scale eg "Approved" and set marking state to "Completed" . Save the grading form.

      Expected result:
      "Current grade in assignment" should display: "Approved"

      Actual result:
      "Current grade in assignment" is display as: "2" . (The value of the scale item id).
