File manager delete modal is missing a heading

      1. Login as admin
      2. Press on Private files from navigation
      3. Create a new folder
      4. Upload a file
      5. Right-click on the folder to open the editing dialogue
      6. Press Delete
      7. Confirm the deletion modal has a "Confirm" heading
      8. Press OK to delete the folder
      9. Confirm folder is deleted
      10. Right-click on the file to open the editing dialogue
      11. Press Delete
      12. Confirm the deletion modal has a "Confirm" heading
      13. Press OK to delete the file
      14. Confirm file is deleted

      Behat (using the updated step method)

      php admin/tool/behat/cli/run.php --feature=/var/www/html/repository/tests/behat/delete_files.feature

      When deleting a file from the file manager, you get a modal dialogue asking for confirmation before deleting - the modal is missing a heading:
