Config change event should link to config change report

      Hide
      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to site administration
      3. Search for "analytics"
      4. Uncheck the enableanalytics setting and press save changes (to generate appropriate event)
      5. Open the user menu and press Profile
      6. Press Reports > Today's logs
      7. Click the Config log created event name from step 4.
      8. Confirm the Config changes report opens
      9. Confirm the Setting field is filled in with "enableanalytics"
      10. Confirm the report is pre-filtered with only those records matching this setting
