Assignment grader pollutes $SESSION->mod_assign_useridlist

      Initially split from MDL-68611 - but turned out to be a false positive. However it turns out the assignment grader is writing values to mod_assign_useridlist to cache data, but never actually accesses it. Instead it re-caches the data over and over.
