      Description

      As discussed in MDL-63805, all the Web Services required to prepare a Moodle area/item for editing should follow this format convention:

      component_prepare_X_for_edition

      So the plan will be:

      • Create a new WS mod_forum_prepare_post_for_edition
      • Make mod_forum_prepare_draft_area_for_post call internally the new WS
      • Deprecate mod_forum_prepare_draft_area_for_post
