While testing MDL-65959 I've seen that backpackuid and externalbackpackid fields in badge_backpack table  are referring to the very same information so it seems one of them (backpackuid) can be removed.

Some extra checks into the code have to be done before removing it to confirm it but, it it's still required, it should be renamed because right now is confusing.
