Quiz: Preview link opens in new window without warning

      Question edit page

      1. Create a course.
      2. Go to the Question bank of that course.
      3. Create a question (Ex: True/False).
      4. Edit that question.
      5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
      6. Hover the Preview link.
      7. Verify that there is a tooltip called "Preview question in new window".
      8. Click on the Preview link.
      9. Verify that the Preview windows will be opened in a new tab instead of a popup.

      2. Create a Quiz activity.
      3. Edit the Quiz.
      4. Create a question (Ex: True/False)
      5. Hover the Preview icon.
      6. Verify that there is a tooltip called "Preview question in new window".
      7. Click on the Preview icon.
      8. Verify that the Preview windows will be opened in a new tab instead of a popup.
