      Description

      Hello,

I am using Moodle to assess student using a SCORM content. My Moodle is configured for 1 attempt maximum per student.

It was recently brought to my attention that some students have found a flaw in the system, allowing them to pass the test indefinitely, while the system is configured for 1 attempt maximum per student.

The flaw is to start the SCORM content in several tabs because each tab gives them an attempt.

At the end of the first attempt, if they fail, they close the current window and start the test again, using one of the tabs previously opened.

Consequently, moodle will update the results, allowing the students to pass the exam without any limit, whereas the system is configured for only one attempt.
