Marking Guide Descriptions not viewable by students in forums using Whole Forum Grading

    • MOODLE_310_STABLE, MOODLE_38_STABLE, MOODLE_39_STABLE, MOODLE_401_STABLE, MOODLE_403_STABLE

      When a forum is created using Whole Forum Grading, and uses a Marking Guide, students are unable to see the Marking guide descriptions, and are greyed out.

      The Marking guide settings are set to display descriptions to students.

      We have replicated this on the Moodle Demo site.
