Add ability to list course custom field values in reports

I'd like to suggest that a natural extension of the course custom field functionality (eg MDL-57898) would be to allow values in course custom fields to be listed in reports.

If this has not already been achieved, one report I can think of that might be adapted to display custom fields values is the course size report (see attachment).

To make bulk course custom field value changes, people might for example run the course size report, then adapt the report to create a file suitable for the revised Upload courses functionality (ie MDL-66135).
