Open a course
Click on the cog
Start scrolling down, the first item stays selected and you see two selected items

This also happens

in the user profile menu (Dashboard always looks selected)
in the autocomplete element options (first option always looks like it is selected) - this is probably the most confusing for the users

  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All
