Use form change checker for inline forum discussion creation

1. Login as admin
2. Create a new course
3. Navigate to the new course Announcements forum
4. Press Add a new topic
5. Enter a Subject & Message but don't submit the form
6. Press on the link in the breadcrumbs to your new course
7. Confirm you get a browser dialog stating "This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave"
8. Press Stay on page
9. Press Cancel for your new discussion topic
10. Press on the link in the breadcrumbs to your new course
11. Confirm don't you get a browser dialog stating "This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave"
12. Navigate to the new course Announcements forum
13. Press Add a new topic
14. Enter a Subject & Message and press Post to forum
15. Confirm your new discussion topic has been created

Test cancelling discussion reply

1. Click on the new discussion topic
2. Press Reply
3. Enter some text in the Write your reply... field
4. Press on the link in the breadcrumbs to your new course
5. Confirm you get a browser dialog stating "This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave"
6. Press Stay on page
7. Press Cancel for your new reply
8. Press on the link in the breadcrumbs to your new course
9. Confirm don't you get a browser dialog stating "This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave"
