Update blocks site_main_menu and social_activities to use custom selectors instead of custom steps

      As noted in MDL-67668, that issue introduces some new custom selectors for the site_main_menu and social_activities blocks. We should switch all step uses to use the standard steps with these custom selectors and remove the custom steps.

      It's a lesser evil to have custom selectors than custom steps which are very specific in their usage.
