Confirm accessibility of 4.0 navigation.
This issue should ideally require no extra work from within the team, The idea is that once all of the new features are rolled together we run through the new navigation confirming that the new functionality is accessible and following best standards.
If this issue requires no work then it may be manually closed after testing.
