Return line item information during content selection

In addition to being able to select which activities they'd like to create a resource link to, we'd also like teachers to be able to specify whether or not the platform will create a grade book column at the time of resource link creation (where supported by the tool activity). This should be an additional option for each content item in the existing picker flow.
