Drag-drop markers questions: infinite markers keep duplicating

      1. Find or create a drag-drop markers question with all the markers set to 'Infinite'. (One way to do this is go go to https://qa.moodledemo.net/question/question.php?id=52&qtype=ddmarker&cmid=30&courseid=2&returnurl=%2Fquestion%2Fedit.php%3Fcmid%3D30%26cat%3D12%252C25%26qpage%3D0%26recurse%3D1%26showhidden%3D0%26qbshowtext%3D0 and log in as teacher (this is the editing form for a drag-drop markers question. Change the all the markers to be Number: Infinite.)
      2. Preview the question.
      3. Drag one of the markers onto the image.
      4. Then, pick up that marker, and move it again.
      5. Verify nothing weird happens. (The kind of weird thing that used to happen is that in the drag home area, you would get a another copy of that marker.)

      Steps to reporduce:

      1. Go to https://qa.moodledemo.net/question/question.php?id=52&qtype=ddmarker&cmid=30&courseid=2&returnurl=%2Fquestion%2Fedit.php%3Fcmid%3D30%26cat%3D12%252C25%26qpage%3D0%26recurse%3D1%26showhidden%3D0%26qbshowtext%3D0 and log in as teacher (this is the editing form for a drag-drop markers question.)
      2. Change the all the markers to be Number: Infinite.
      3. Click Save changes and continue editing.
      4. Click the Preview link
      5. Drag one of the markers onto the image.
      6. Then, pick that marker up again, and move it.

      Actual result: in the drag home area, you get a duplicate of that marker. If you keep moving it, you keep getting more of the same marker!
