In a site with at least 2 languages (default English and another one, "de" in the examples below) installed.

With the multilang filter enabled.

Create an assignment with "Rubric" as a grading method in a course with the multilang filter enabled

Define a new grading form and set a name using the multilang filter and save as draft, for example: English rubricGerman rubric

Verify that the saved name is shown with the filter applied. Try switching between langs and the correct one ("en" or "de") version should show.

Description

When displaying a rubric definition (grade/grading/manage.php?areaid=XXXX) the filters aren't applied to the rubric name.
