To reproduce manually:
- As admin, go to Site administration > Plugins > Filters > Manage filters.
- Activate "Multi-Language Content" filter and select "Content and headings" under "Apply to".
- In a course, add a Recent blog entries block.
- In that same course, add a Blog menu block.
- Click the 'Add an entry about this course' link in the Blog menu block.
- Give the entry the title <span lang="EN" class="multilang">TITLE ENGLISH</span><span lang="RU" class="multilang">TITLE RUSSIAN</span> and save.
- Return to the course.
- Verify the entry is shown in the Recent block entries block with the title TITLE ENGLISH.
