Unable to load Marking Guide Templates

      For testing manually, you can follow these steps:

      1. Create a course
      2. Create an assignment activity
      3. In the assessment activity page, go "Advanced grading" setting from cog icon
      4. Choose "Marking guide" from the dropdown list for active grading method
      5. Click "Define new grading form from scratch" and create grading form by "Save marking guide and make it ready" button
      6. Click "Publish the form as a new template", and click "Continue" to create a new template
      7. Click "Delete the currently defined form", and click"Continue" to delete current form for the activity
      8. Click "Create new grading form from a template"
      9. Confirm there is no errors, and template which was made in previous step is shown

      I can't load Making Guide Template for setting up advanced grading.

       

      Step to reproduce:

      1. Create a course
      2. Create an assignment activity
      3. In the assignment page, go Advanced grading setting
      4. Choose "Marking guide" for grading method
      5. Click "Define new grading form from scratch" and create grading form
      6. Click "Publish the form as a new template" to create a new template
      7. Click "Delete the currently defined form" to delete current form for the activity
      8. Click "Create new grading form from a template"
      9. The error is shown, like "Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: Unknown itemnumber mapping for guide_1435df696695ebd013428e09893035adfc952c4f in core_grading"
