Once you create an aspect in a workshop you can no longer get rid of it without creating a whole new workshop activity. But if the workshop already has submissions, that's no longer an option.

You can't set the grade type to "none" due to MDL-70676. Instead you have to set the weight of that aspect to 0. But that's not a good workaround. Students still have to select some grade for that aspect which is confusing.
