Student goals and student reviews

This is associated with a student as well as a course. Basically, provide the ability for either the teacher or the student to write yearly / term / monthly / weekly goals and then write an evaluation at the end of period to indicate if the goals had been met. Montessori schools use this format, and so do homeschoolers.

Did the student meet their goals. What was accomplished in the previous period.
<goals for next period>
What wil be learned during the next period. What new goals are there.
