Messaging interface is broken on Clean theme when using Swedish language pack

    Description

      When switched to Swedish language, Messaging interface get broken and 'Contacts' buttons are inaccessible. Replicated on demo.moodle.net, see below. The right column is shrank, buttons do not work, the layout is partially rendered. Language packs are up to date, other languages seem to work fine (even similar ones like German or Norwegian). Also it works fine on Boost theme.
