    Description

A colleague of mine was looking on how to show the grades to students in colors when having a pass grade set.
It turns out this exists only in the grader report, which a student never sees.
There would be the possibility of adding the colors to the grade in user report, too.
(The misleading help text says: "This setting determines the minimum grade required to pass. The value is used in activity and course completion, and in the gradebook, where pass grades are highlighted in green and fail grades in red.").
