Media default width/height settings: time to use 16:9?

16:9 aspect ratio has become common in the latest decade, I think it is a time to review default values of media_default_width and media_default_height, to reflect current standards (and also make it fit to what become common screen resolutions these days).

This is how those settings look now:

I am not quite sure where those 400x300 originally came from, there is no such standard media resolution for 4:3 (may be video standards were not taken into account at all and it is just an optimal size for common screen resolution at a time). The closest possible dimensions that can be used for 16:9 are 640x360 (360p), 854 x 480 (480p) or 426 x 240 (240p). I think 360p is the most reasonable of those to be considered as default size (also used as default in JWPlayer).

I am not suggesting other options e.g. possibility to specify aspect ratio or responsive mode, as they are player-specific features. I think for site defaults the static size is sufficient.

Any opinions and thoughts are welcome.
