SEARCH BAR in private chat is NOT VISIBLE

As can be seen in the pictures, the private messaging center doesn't show correctly and is hidden behind the upper tool bar. Only if the screem is zoomed up to a 250% some of the hidden items can be discovered.  I don't know what version it actually is... I'm not a programmer.
