Review "Unlisted" icon in content bank

      1. As an admin, go to "Content bank" in the navigation block (for classic theme) or drawer (for boost theme).
      2. Click on the Upload button.
      3. Upload "filltheblanks.h5p" file and "Save changes".
      4. In the action menu, choose "Make unlisted".
      5. Click on "Close" button to go back to Content bank.
      6. Use your browsers inspect function to inspect the eye thumbnail for the "filltheblanks.h5p" element.
      7. Find the element with "cb-thumbnail" class.
      8. Confirm the opacity for the element is ".15"

    Description

      In MDL-69762 an option for making public/unlisted content into the content bank was added.

      The icon for displaying unlisted contents should be reviewed, adding more contrast, making it bigger/smaller... We'll need to check with UX again this.
