Hide "Default content visibility" preference to students

    Description

      In  MDL-69762 a user preference was added to let them decide the default visibility when contents are created in content bank.

      Helen commented the following in the issue:

      I noticed on the QA testing site that content bank preferences are shown for a student. This is very confusing because students can't even access the content bank. Is it possible to hide the link?
