Prerequisites:

Create a quiz with an essay question (needs manual grading)

Test

As a student in the course, attempt the quiz

As a teacher, grade the student's attempt.

As the teacher, navigate to "Result > Grades" in the quiz view.

View the response history table for the student by clicking "review attempt"

Verify The author's full name is displayed in the action column and is a link to their profile

Description

It will be useful for user to know clearly who made changes in manual grading and cron-closed attempts (e.g comment and mark).
So, we will add 'who' made changes under the action (on a second line) in the response history of attempts.
