Lazy loading of conversations in the messaging drawer does not work in Chrome

    Description

      If you have more than 50 conversations, lazy loading for the other conversations does not occur when you reach the bottom of the list.

      This seems to occur only on Chrome/Chromium-based browsers. Lazy loading of message conversations works fine in Firefox.
