This issue has 2 requirements:

1. Provide the text for the active node on the main secondary nav node.
   This is so the frontend can easily display the active node text without looping through each of this children
2. In the mockups and on smaller screens, the secondary navigation displays a menu header. This needs to be context based:
   1. Activity menu - when in an activity
   2. Course menu - when in a course
