Override 'anonymous=0' check in log reporting for Admins

    Description

      In the logs reports the check for the 'anonymous' field is applied regardless. This makes it really difficult for admins trying to diagnose issues. Some log entries are missing. 

      Ideally, this should have a capability that allows this flag to be ignored for admins and other roles (if required).
