Add setting that switched off Glossary and Activity names auto-linking at Quizzes on whole site by default

      Good day,

      We have to switch off Glossary auto-linking and Activity names auto-linking in filters on every single Quiz.

      We can not set it off for all Quizzes on our site.

      Add this setting,

      Somebody can leave the old behavior
