- Go to admin / Users / Accounts / Browse list of users
- EXPECTED: There should be a single 'First name / Surname' column, and no additional name columns (e.g. 'First name - phonetic')
- Go to admin / Users / Accounts / Browse list of users
See attachment, this is a brand new Docker site (I've just used the upload user tool to create some users)
Appears to be caused by changes in MDL-45242. If I undo the two changes made to admin/user.php then I get the previous behaviour (although now with deprecation notices)
