      Please test these changes on both theme Classic and Boost. Use 2 Moodle instances to compare the results from the changes in this patch. One Moodle instance (instance A) should be the latest master without the changes in this patch, the other should have this patch (Instance B)

      Create a new course called "Demo"
      Create 2 users "Student Jansen", "Student Smith"
      Enrol these 2 users into the course

      1 Block Activity results (block_activity_results)

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to the Demo course
      3. Create a new quiz called "History Quiz"
      4. Add one question to the quiz
      5. Add the "Activity results" block to course Demo
      6. Configure the block and set field "Which activity should this block display results from?" to "History quiz"
      7. Login as "Student Jansen" and visit the Demo course
      8. Attempt the "History quiz"
      9. Login as "Student Smith" and visit the Demo course
      10. Attempt the "History quiz"
      11. Verify you see the block "Activity Results" styled similar to this screenshot:

      2 Block Blog tags (block_blog_tags)

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to the Demo course
      3. Add the "Blog menu" block to the course
      4. Add the "Blog tags" block to the course
      5. Click the "Add an entry about this course" link in the Blog menu block
      6. Click the "Blog about this course" link
      7. Enter some dummy text and add a couple of tags for the post
      8. Go back to the course and click the "Blog about this course" in the Blog menu block again
      9. Add another few post with a few tags, repeating some tags in different posts
      10. Verify you see the block "Blog tags" styled similar to this screenshot:

      3 Block Courses (block_course_list)

      1. Create 2 extra courses
      2. Add the "Courses" block to the course
      3. Verify you see a list of courses in the "Courses" block styled similar to this screenshot:

      4 Block Course summary (block_course_summary)

      1. In the Demo course settings page add some text in the course summary field
      2. Add the "Course summary" block to the course
      3. Verify you see the block "Course summary" styled similar to this screenshot:

      5 Block Global Search (block_globalsearch)

      1. Add the "Global Search" block to the course
      2. Verify you see the block "Global search" styled similar to this screenshot:

      6 Block Learning plan (block_lp)

      1. Navigate to Site Administration > Competencies > Import competency framework
      2. Upload the attached competencies.csv, and confirm then continue
      3. Navigate to Site Administration > Competencies > Learning plan templates
      4. Click the "Add a new learning plan template" button
      5. Enter a name and save changes
      6. Click the "Add competencies to learning plan template" button
      7. Select a competency from CCSS.Math and click Add
      8. Go back to Site Administration > Competencies > Learning plan templates
      9. Click the 0 link in the learning plans column for your new new learning plan
      10. Search for your admin account in field "Select users to create learning plans for"
      11. Click the "Create learning plans" button
      1. Navigate to the Demo course
      2. Click on participants and find the profile of "Student Smith"
      3. Click on "Learning plans" in the Miscellaneous section
      4. Click the "Add new learning plan" button
      5. Set the Learning plan name to Math and the status to Active
      6. Save and click the "Add competency" link in the next page
      7. Select a competency from the CCSS.Math Framework
      8. In the Learning Plan Competencies Click the Edit button under actions
      9. Click "Request review"
      1. Repeat these steps for student "Student Jansen"
      1. Navigate to the Demo course
      2. Add the "Learning Plan" block to the course
      3. Verify you see the block "Learning" styled similar to this screenshot:

      7 Block Logged in user (block_myprofile)

      1. Navigate to your profile page and click edit profile
      2. Enter values in fields City and Country
      3. Navigate to the Site homepage
      4. Add the "Logged in user" block
      5. Verify you see the block "Logged in user" styled similar to this screenshot:

      8 Block Navigation (block_navigation)

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to the Site homepage
      3. Add the "Navigation" block
      4. Click on the close and expand options for the nodes in the Navigation block and check if everything looks okay and aligns well
      5. Verify the Navigation block is styled similar to the screenshot below:

      1. Switch to the Classic theme
      2. Navigate to the Site homepage
      3. Verify the Navigation block is styled similar to the screenshot below:

      9 Block Administration (block_settings)

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to the Site homepage
      3. Add the "Administration" block
      4. Click on the close and expand options for the nodes in the Administration block and check if everything looks okay and aligns well
      5. Verify the Administration block is styled similar to the screenshot below:

      1. Switch to the Classic theme
      2. Navigate to the Site homepage
      3. Verify the Administration block is styled similar to the screenshot below:

      10 Block online users (block_online_users)

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to the Site homepage
      3. Add the "Online users" block
      4. Logout
      5. Login as user "Student Jansen"
      6. Logout
      7. Login as user "Student Smith"
      8. Logout
      9. Login as admin
      10. Verify the Online users block is styled similar to the screenshot below:

      11 Block private files (block_private_files)

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to your dashboard
      3. In the private files block click the Manage private files link
      4. In the Dialog create a new folder
      5. Add a few files to the folder
      6. Verify the Private files block is styled similar to the screenshot below:

      12 Block recent activity (block_recent_activity)

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to your test course
      3. Add a new Forum activity with 2 posts
      4. Add a new Assignment
      5. Add the "Recent Activity" block to the course
      6. Verify the Recent Activity block is styled similar to the screenshot below:

      13 Block Remote RSS Feeds (block_rss_client)

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to your test course
      3. Add the "RSS Client" block
      4. Click the cog icon in the new block and choose "Configure remote news feed block"
      5. Click the "Add/edit feeds" link
      6. Click the "Add a new feed" button
      7. For the feed url enter: "https://moodle.org/rss/file.php/149/1b51bf7f3cab9689af042af1ff4a07f0/mod_forum/24/rss.xml"
      8. For the Custom title enter: "Moodle teaching" and click the "Add a new feed" button
      9. Navigate back to the block settings page
      10. Set "Display each link's description?" to yes
      11. In the field "Choose the feeds which you would like to make available in this block" Choose "Moodle teaching"
      12. Set the Title to "RSS block"
      13. Set field "Should a link to the original site.." to yes
      14. Set field "Show channel image if available" to yes
      15. Verify the Remote RSS Feeds is styled similar to the screenshot below: (notice there should be lines between each feed item)

      14 Block Search Forums (block_search_forums)

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to your test course
      3. Add the "Search forums" block
      4. Verify the Search forums block is styled similar to the screenshot below:

      15 Block Main menu (block_site_main_menu)

      1. Login as admin
      2. Add the "Main menu" block to the homepage
      3. In editing mode Click the "Add an activity or resource button"
      4. Add a few activities, and a lable
      5. Try indenting some of the activities (Click edit and Move right)
      6. Verify you can indent the activities
      7. Click the arrow icon to move an activity
      8. Verify you see the move targets
      9. Turn editing off
      10. Verify the Main menu block is styled similar to the screenshot below, and verify you still see the indentation

      16 Block Social activities

      1. Login as admin
      2. Create a new course and Name it Social
      3. Select the "Social Format" as the course format
      4. Click Save and Display to view the course
      5. Turn editing on
      6. On the "Social activities" block add a few activities
      7. Verify the Social activity block is styled similar to the screenshot below

      17 Block Flickr (block_tags_flickr)

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to the Demo course
      3. If you have not created any tags yet follow the steps in test 2
      4. Add the "Tags" block to the course
      5. Click on one of the Tags shown in the tags block
      6. On the Tags page Turn editing on
      7. Add the "Flickr" block to the page
      8. Verify the Flickr block is style similar to the screenshot below

      18 Block Youtube (block_tag_youtube)

      1. Login as admin
      2. Enable the YouTube block at Site administration > Plugins > Blocks > Manage blocks
      3. Edit the YouTube block settings an add a API key for YouTube API (see https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/getting-started)
      4. Navigate to the Demo course
      5. If you have not created any tags yet follow the steps in test 2
      6. Add the "Tags" block to the course
      7. Click on one of the Tags shown in the tags block
      8. On the Tags page Turn editing on
      9. Add the "Flickr" block to the page
      10. Verify the Flickr block is style similar to the screenshot below
