Write remaining Behat tests for activities with completion conditions

    Description

      Create Behat tests for custom/core completion conditions for all activity modules that are not already covered by MDL-71161. For those that have existing behat testing for completion that pre-dates the activity completion project, check and update/replace as necessary.
